Don’t fall into autumn just quite yet! The weather is still good for all those summer recipes, so make sure to take advantage of all the fruits, veggies, and other natural herbs that this time of year so graciously blesses us with!
One specific recipe I would like to share with you today is the avocado, strawberry, and goat cheese sandwich. You’ll be hooked after one bite, and it’s just too easy to make!
The Ingredients are light, simple, and very “fruity yummy.”
- 1 avocado
- 4 thinly sliced strawberries
- 2-4 teaspoons of crumbled goat’s milk mozzarella
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 2 slices of bread
There are so many ways you can put this dish together. Whether of not you toast it, mash the avocado, add pepper, add balsamic, or keep it cold or hot, the ensemble will still satisfy your hunger and with an oh so tasteful poise. Try it while the day is young!
