How much time is needed and how much will it cost me?
This is a frequent question most clients have. It is very difficult to put a flat fee on projects, because every project is different and unique. Once we have all the details about your project, our designers can usually give a good estimate for design time for your specific project. 

Most design projects that require purchase of items through our retail store do not involve a design fee. For those larger projects that require hours outside working with tradesmen and suppliers are charged a fee. Tradesmen and supplier fees are typically passed through and paid directly from the client. 

CoCo Interior Designs offers design consultations for clients who already have an established style, and/or are just looking for ideas and inspiration for their renovation projects. CoCo Interior Designs assists on projects like this, by helping with space planning and in narrowing the selections of finishes like flooring, paint, cabinetry, counter tops, hard surfaces, appliances lighting, fixtures, hardware, art placement, etc. Sometimes all the client might need is ideas on how to reinvent what they already have, and bring new life to their homes. Color consultations are another specialty of CoCo Interior Designs. A two hour consultation is $250, any additional hours is billed hourly at $105/hour.
